If you are wanting a session with up to 4 people, you will have to ask the personal trainer their rates
1 HOUR SESSION
Our 1 hour sessions start at £40 a session
If you are wanting a session with up to 4 people, you will need to ask the personal trainer their rates
BLOCK OF 10 X 1 HOUR SESSIONS
Our block of 10 sessions start at £350
Each of the personal trainers set their own rates for theses session, so please ask them personally for their rates
