We offer a variety of classes focusing on factors such as speed, strength, endurance, toning, flexibility and core stability. But we are constantly looking to progress our group workout programme, and will be aiming to increase the number and variety of classes in the near future

  • RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun and low impact. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement

  • Body Combat is a fiercely energetic workout to get you fit, fast and strong. Unleash and empower yourself. Body Combat is a high – energy martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness

  • Body Balance is the yoga based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During the class, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Thai Chi and Pilates

  • Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout

  • A multi stationed group exercise class that combines cardiovascular fitness with muscular strength and endurance. Circuit training is a fantastic workout that’s great for everyone, regardless of fitness level

  • You will swing, lunge and squat your way to improving your strength, core stability, balance, flexibility and coordination in our kettlebell class

  • A class to improve movement patterns in every joint in the whole body. Learning individual exercises that we then put into sequences in a slow progressive way

  • HIIT combines strength, Metcon and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. During a HIIT workout, you moderately to intensely exert yourself for a prolonged amount of time

  • This is a dynamic class. We utilise modern Pilates exercises which incorporate functional exercise principles. The class includes floor and standing work

  • Barre Fit is a dynamic and empowering class, where we’ll blend ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training to sculpt, tone, and energize your body. In this full-body workout, You’ll be guided through a series of low-impact, high-intensity moves that improve flexibility, build core strength, and increase endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned pro, there will be support every step of the way. Let’s get stronger together—one plié at a time!

  • Based on Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and Power Yoga, this class pays attention to breath, mind and movement improving strength and core stability. Vinyasa is moving from one pose to another as seamlessly as possible. Each session covers the basics and has a variety of postures. Warm up and basic key elements are incorporated into all sessions and alternatives and supportive adjustments are given. Arm balances and headstands may be incorporated into some sessions, working through the various stages to the final posture to challenge those who wish to have a go.

  • Led by breath and movement, set to music, this class is designed to build strength, cardiovascular fitness and enhance the awareness of the body and mind connection. Concluding in a short guided meditation, you will leave the class feeling stretched, strengthened and grounded
