Hello! I’m Sophie, I have had a passion for sport and fitness from a very young age and have competed in various sports from swimming, dance and triathlons.

I completed my Level 3 Personal Training qualification in Australia and worked in a number of gyms in Sydney and Perth.

I love making people feel comfortable in a gym environment, and seeing them strive to reach their goals. I have two children, am a female only PT and love seeing women grow in confidence.
