We understand that sometimes things may not work out and you will sadly need to leave us.

While you are not tied into a contract, we do still require 1 months notice to cancel your membership. Stopping your Direct Debit but not advising us alongside, will result in additional charges…so please make sure you contact us first.

Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you should receive an email confirming your cancellation and any further steps that need to be taken

You will also receive a ‘Cancellation survey’ that we ask you to fill out and send back to us
