Hey, I’m Jayden! I’ve always endeavoured to turn my passion for fitness into something meaningful. After starting my own journey at 115kg and losing over 40kg, I decided to make this my career so I can help others who might be struggling both physically and mentally. Having been through the ups and downs myself, I understand how challenging it can be to stay consistent and motivated. My approach focuses on realistic, sustainable training and lifestyle habits that fit around everyday life.
My aim is to help people build confidence, strength, and a healthier mindset through simple, structured training and support that lasts beyond the gym.
Qualifications:
Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing
Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
