Hi, I'm Roxy — a mum of two, a lover of lifting, and the face behind Reps & Baby Steps here at Forge. I started training in my fourth trimester and honestly never looked back. What began as my own journey became something so much bigger.

I spent years as a special needs teacher, but combining my passion for people with my love of fitness led me to a life-changing career shift — and now I get to empower mums every single day. I'm here to remind you of the strength you already have, because trust me, it's there.

For me, it's about so much more than the workout. It's about women supporting women, building a community where no one feels alone, and creating a space where we're all in it together — tired, laughing, lifting, and showing up for each other.
