Hi,

I'm Roxy a mum of two, a lover of lifting, and the face behind Reps & Baby Steps here at Forge. I started training in my fourth trimester and honestly never looked back. What began as my own journey became something so much bigger.

I spent years as a special needs teacher, but combining my passion for people with my love of fitness led me to a life changing career shift and now I get to empower mums every single day. I'm here to remind you of the strength you already have, because trust me, it's there.

For me, it's about so much more than the workout. It's about women supporting women, building a community where no one feels alone, and creating a space where we're all in it together. Tired, laughing, lifting, and showing up for each other.

TUESDAY + THURSDAY

£10 PER CLASS OR FREE FOR PLATINUM MEMBERS

WHAT TO EXPECT

A full-body workout tailored to postnatal recovery, with a focus on rebuilding strength from the inside out- core, pelvic floor, and everything in between. Sessions are fun, inclusive, and designed to make you feel strong, capable, and part of something bigger

WHAT TO BRING

Your baby, your pushchair, a changing mat, and a water bottle. We'll handle the rest

WHO IS IT FOR?

Mums with babies aged 0–12 months who want to return to exercise in a safe, supportive environment. No previous fitness experience needed just show up

YOUR COACH

Roxy is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist. She started training in her own fourth trimester and hasn't looked back since. Her mission is simple to remind mums of their strength and build a community where women lift each other up, in every sense of the word
