WHAT IS A HYROX SIM?
Whether you have signed up to an official HYROX event or want to test out the waters first, the HYROX sim is the perfect way to test your strength and endurance without the pressure of competing against one another.
FORGE is an official HYROX affiliated gym equipped with everything you need to get you prepared and ready for the race. Forge is offering a free session at the gym to try out the equipment you will be using on race day. Although this race time will not go towards an official HYROX time, you can use this time as a goal to beat at every simulation we hold.
