PAUL – PERSONAL TRAINER

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2018 with the aim of helping as many people as possible improve their health, confidence and quality of life through fitness.

With resistance training being increasingly highlighted in the news for its wide-ranging health benefits, it’s never been more important to include strength work into your weekly routine.

In addition to working as a Personal Trainer, I’m also a Sports Massage Therapist. This dual expertise has enhanced my knowledge of the human anatomy and its response to physical activity, enabling me to better assist clients dealing with limited mobility or past injuries.

I collaborate closely with a range of health professionals, including Nutritionists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists, to provide my clients with a comprehensive service. This team-based approach ensures that every aspect of my clients’ health is considered, helping them achieve sustainable progress and long-term success.

In 2024, my personal training company partnered with a private staffing agency based in central London. I act as the sole health and fitness professional for their clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the USA. This partnership has been key to delivering a flexible, tailored service - particularly for clients who divide their time between the city and the countryside, ensuring consistent support wherever they are.

Other past experiences include working with professional racing drivers competing in the British Touring Car Championship and the Porsche Carrera Cup GB, providing performance-focused support tailored to the demands of motorsport.

Qualifications:
