Either:
Open- The standard race for most fitness levels. It you have never done a Hyrox or Sim before and are new to conditioning. Also for the older generation to get involved and take part in the event.
Pro- Experienced athletes who have either done a Hyrox or Sim before. Also for the people who attend regular Hyrox and conditioning classes.
