I am a female only personal trainer that specialises in beginner/intermediate strength training; specifically Powerlifting.
Having worked my way from a complete beginner to qualifying for the British Masters Powerlifting Competition in just 4 years, and more recently qualifying as a British Powerlifting Level 2 coach, I know how to help you achieve your best through exercise and nutrition specific to your goal.
