2025 marks my 27th year as a fitness instructor and group fitness instructor. Kelly's background is from the equestrian world and in 1998 Kelly qualified as a Level 2 fitness instructor and shortly after Level 3.

Kelly's passion is group fitness and over the years Kelly has added to her qualifications including PowerPlate, Group Cycling,

Bootcamp and Combat.

In 2008 Kelly trained and qualified as a Mat Pilates instructor. Since then, Kelly has taught group and private clients including business people, mothers, cricketers and an Olympic 3 day event rider.
